Host with Heart: You transform every visit to our store in Amsterdam into a memorable experience – with a personal touch, tailored service and your ability to inspire customers.
Storytelling in the Store: You take our customers on a journey – offering heartfelt advice, inspiring creativity and creating true meaningful moments.
Advice that Inspires: You identify customer needs, surprise with creative ideas and present our products in ways that evoke genuine emotions.
Social Spirit: You make our store in Amsterdam not only a shopping hotspot but also a place of connection and exchange – offline and if you like, by sharing insights on social media.
Store Care: You ensure our products are displayed in the best possible way and that the store always remains welcoming and inviting.
Events and Promotions: Whether it’s small workshops or special experiences like tea tastings, you bring fresh ideas to the table and create real highlights in the heart of Amsterdam city center with your team.

Your profile

Experience in the Retail or Lifestyle Sector: You have a passion for customer service and contribute significantly to the success of PAPER & TEA by shaping the sales process with enthusiasm and expertise.
Sales Talent: With your passion for aesthetics, quality and our concept, you bring our products to life and create unforgettable shopping experiences.
Strong Communication Skills: With your positive charisma, you inspire both customers and colleagues – storytelling is your strength.
Authenticity: You are unapologetically yourself and that’s your greatest strength. You love trying new things, sharing ideas and making everyday store life dynamic and exciting.

You are the host: with your open and warm-hearted nature, you enchant our customers; you let them immerse themselves in the lifestyle world of PAPER & TEA and ensure that they feel at home
You advise on individual preferences and sell high-quality teas, accessories, paper products, and more from PAPER & TEA
You conduct tea tastings and tea events in the store with joy and are the face of the location
Networking comes easily to you, and you recognize the value of an engaged community.
You gladly share your knowledge about our products with your colleagues
You participate in tea training and further education to become a professional in the PAPER & TEA store

You have professional experience in retail, gastronomy, or the lifestyle sector
You are a true sales talent and always know what your customers need
Your empathetic, consistently positive, and team-oriented character sets you apart. Additionally, you possess excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and a high standard of service characterize you
You can identify with the aesthetics and quality standards of PAPER & TEA
You enjoy learning new things and sharing your knowledge – you continuously expand your expertise through regular training sessions
Weekend work suits your flexible lifestyle, and you still prefer to have 1-2 Saturdays off each month
You speak fluent Dutch, English is a plus
You can support us 30 hours per week
