Your mission

Host with a heart
You turn every visit to our store in Ghent into an experience - with a personal approach, individual service and your ability to inspire customers.

Business Development
You analyze the performance of your store, optimize processes and develop strategies to increase sales.

Leadership in perfection
You take responsibility for all operational and strategic aspects of your store and lead your team as an inspiring role model. You impress your team with your appearance and create an atmosphere in which both customers and colleagues feel equally comfortable and inspired.

Coach & Mentor
Onboarding, training and the individual development of your team are important to you. You recognize hidden potential and promote it in a targeted manner - for a strong, sustainable team dynamic.

Storytelling in the store
You take our customers on a journey - advise with heart, inspire with creativity and create meaningful moments.

Your profile

Experience in the Retail or Lifestyle Sector
You have a passion for customer service and demonstrable leadership experience as a team player. You play a pivotal role in the success of PAPER & TEA by shaping the sales process with passion and expertise.

Sales Talent with Leadership Skills
Your enthusiasm for aesthetics, quality, and our concept brings our products to life, creating unforgettable shopping experiences. At the same time, you are an inspiring leader and role model for your team – you motivate, support, and guide them with dedication, expertise, and a clear vision for collective growth.

Organization & Sense of Responsibility
You enjoy taking responsibility, work in a structured manner and have a keen sense of what drives your store's success.
