Your mission
  • You take over the management of your PAPER & TEA store and your own team
  • You inspire and motivate your team by setting an example
  • Personnel planning, inventories, and event planning are just as much a part of your responsibilities as onboarding and coaching your employees
  • As a host, you offer our customers a special experience - from appealing product displays to comprehensive advice and support
  • With your own innovative ideas, you contribute to the development of a strong brand and community in your city
  • You and your team are the face of the PAPER & TEA brand on-site
Your profile
  • You have already gained experience as a manager in the retail, gastronomy, or premium lifestyle sector
  • Communication is your strength - you are positive, open and enjoy approaching people
  • You are a role model for your team - you don't just watch, but you also actively participate
  • For you, management means making a contribution to the company's goals through effective organization and forming a strong team out of colleagues
  • People and respectful collaboration are always at the center
  • Your attention to detail and high standards in service distinguish you
  • You are organized, independent and possess great organizational talent
  • You have experience in recruiting and in the organization and leadership of employees
  • You enjoy learning new things and sharing your knowledge with others
  • Networking comes naturally to you, and you recognize the value of an engaged community
  • You speak fluent English and Dutch and can support full-time
